About 20 years ago I had 6 or 7 piercings in the cartilage of my right ear. Because they were done with a blunt piercing gun all of the piercings developed bumps of scar tissue. That ear became about an inch higher than the other due to the scar tissue raising it. Could steroid injections and laser work help shrink the scar tissue and hopefully help my ear get back to it's normal size? I've had one consult and have been told my only option is surgery. Thank you!
