I had a cyst removed from my forehead 12 months ago by a plastic surgeon. Although the cyst was successfully removed in caused a lump of scar tissue on the same spot. Five weeks ago the same surgeon cut out the scar tissue (confirmed through biopsy) hoping the surgery would be successful. Instead the scar tissue lump has grown and the surgery scar is also more noticeable. Can you please advise if laser treatment would reduce the lump and flatten the scar? Many thanks.
