Raised scar inside nasolabial fold treatment. Laser? Kenalog?

i removed the hyaluronic acid from nl fold but now i am left with ridge , a scar that was probably there before (i think it was artefill injected therevmany yrs ago). How do i get rid of the scar? laser? kenalog. i want to get juvederm to conceal it asap, but i still would like to treat it..
