Should Clear + Brilliant be performed by a Doctor or is an LME ok?

I wanted to know if it is safe to have an LME perform this procedure or if it is only recommended to have a Dermatologist do it? I've looked into a few reputable medical spas in NYC that all have their Licensed Medical Esthetician perform it—is that standard practice? Thank you

Clear + Brilliant shouldn't burn the skin. It is very low energy low density. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I often combine Clear + Brilliant with microneedling/prp, peels and salt facials to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
