Clear & Brillant is this laser burns or normal? (Photo)

Clear + Brilliant shouldn't burn the skin. It is very low energy low density. I recommend following up with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care. I often combine Clear + Brilliant with microneedling/prp, peels and salt facials to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

There is definitely darkening of the skin.  I would call your physician and alert them.  In the meantime, you should avoid the sun, wear chemical free SPF, and a wide brimmed hat.  (A baseball cap won't shield the side of the face from the sun.)  This can be treated by a variety of methods.

Clear + Brilliant is a gentle laser treatment. It would be hard though not impossible to burn the skin with it. That being said, I think what you are seeing is redness and sandpaper texture related to your recent treatment which I expect will resolve over the next few days. Keep the skin moist and out of the sun.

This is one of the most gentle lasers, and if the guidelines are followed without extra passes, this is not commonly seen. I suggest a follow up with your C and B specialist. You may need some extra emollients and swabs just in case. All the best, The Fiori Institute of Skin and Body.
