Clear&Brilliant or Halo? (Photo)

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

I would recommend the Clear and Brilliant given you have darker skin. This is a minimal downtime laser which gently improves skin tone and texture with a single 10-20-minute treatment. It is 2 devices in 1, offering both the 1440nm handpiece for skin rejuvenation and the 1927nm Permea handpiece for pigmentation improvement.   For best results, you need four treatments, one month apart. 
Furthermore, other lasers can be used to improve redness and blood vessels such as a 595 nm pulsed dye laser (V Beam).

For your skin type I would absolutely recommend the Clear and Brilliant over the Halo.  The Clear and Brilliant  will help with pore size without risking hyperpigmentation and have no recovery time.  In addition the V-Beam laser would be best to treat your broken blood vessels and redness on the face.  Please consult an expert in lasers for the best cosmetic results. Agree, 1927 C and B over the NA and Erbium HALO. With special passing ie. off label the C and B in the 1927 wavelength can help decrease pore sizing, safe in your skin type. All the best, The Fiori Institute.
