I want to get a chin implant before I get a rhinoplasty procedure. How much will it cost me? I know it's hard to tell by pictures but what kind of implant would I need? (I want it to look as feminine as possible) will it be put in through the skin or through the mouth? I've been researching chin implants but I can't find much on the internet.
Answer: Cost of a chin implant Cost factors vary significantly for a number of good reasons: Prices vary greatly because the surgery itself encompasses a wide range of techniques that can be performed to different extents. My recommendation is to first find the most qualified surgeons where you want the surgery performed that are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery you trust, then compare prices between them. See the below link on suggestions on how to find the most qualified plastic surgeon for your procedure. General Factors that influence the price of plastic surgery include: 1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctor’s office? Geographical location also has a significant influence. RealSelf has average charges for most areas of the USA. 2. Type of Anesthesia - local, IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a board certified anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist, or an RN be used? 3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best and longest trained is most often a plastic surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery 4. Length and Complexity of Surgery - how difficult will your surgery be and how long it will take, etc. Will other complementary procedures also be also performed during the same surgery?#chinimplant #cost #costchinimplant

Answer: Chin implants Overall implants are very affordable. They often run $3-5000 depending on anesthesia use and implant type. You would likely need a central only implant, which can be placed through an intraoral incision and can be done in the office under local anesthesia.

Answer: Chin implants The best thing to do is to consult with a plastic surgeon in person. Also, it is common practice to do a chin implant at the same time as a rhinoplasty as they both complement each other. Different surgeons have different techniques and preferences so best to find one that you like.

Answer: How much will a chin implant cost me? A chin implant procedure can be performed in combination with the rhinoplasty which allows one anesthesia and one recovery period. Performing a chin implant alone can be done under local anesthesia either before or after a rhinoplasty. Chin implants are manufactured in a large variety of sizes and shapes, which is best determined at the time of the examination and consultation. Most of the implants that we use in our practice are size small and medium. For over 25 years, we have used Implantech solid silicone chin implants with an excellent success rate. For more information, diagrams of the chin implants themselves, our current price list, and many before-and-after examples, please see the video and below
