Chin is huge from the front, but weak from the side. Any suggestions?

I would like a more heart-shaped face, and I'd also like my chin to be less weak in profile. Chin implants have those "wings" that extend out to the sides, which would add even more width to my chin, which would be bad. :( Can genioplasty move the chin forward, narrow the chin, and NOT add any length, all at the same time? Can my jaw be made less fleshy looking as well, through bone shaving or maybe a cheek lift? I have no idea how to solve one lower face problem, without adding to another one.

Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of size and dates, and can be custom carved according to the patient's needs, wishes and desires. Chin implants are composed of Silastic,  are inserted through a submental approach usually under local anesthesia as a stand-alone procedure. They can also be performed in conjunction with a rhinoplasty under general anesthesia. The rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish de-projecting the nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, narrowing the tip, and narrowing the bridge. Firstly, your chin is weak on profile. Most chin implants have no wings. Only extended implants do.Your face is attractive and does not require anything more than a chin implant. It also will not add length to the chin.

The smiling photos typically 'lift' the cheek pads' which changes the overall analysis. But you can alter the  chin in all dimensions with a genioplasty (common approach for this) and you can 'highlight' the cheekbone contour 'near the eyes' so the facial balance will appear 'less full' (emphasizes the boney contour, not soft tissue contour). Also, it may be that the lower jaw is quite 'narrow' in the back/angle/body of the lower jaw. This will typically make the soft tissue appear much fuller (per your concern). Defining the angles of the jawline can help.
