I would like a more heart-shaped face, and I'd also like my chin to be less weak in profile. Chin implants have those "wings" that extend out to the sides, which would add even more width to my chin, which would be bad. :( Can genioplasty move the chin forward, narrow the chin, and NOT add any length, all at the same time? Can my jaw be made less fleshy looking as well, through bone shaving or maybe a cheek lift? I have no idea how to solve one lower face problem, without adding to another one.

Thank you for your picture. The skin irregularities are due to a very active mentalis muscle. There is very little treatment for it unless you have an underlying bony abnormality of your lower jaw and/or chin. Some recommend neurotoxins to reduce the activity of the muscle but...
Your chin is too small and if you have class II bite, you would need two-jaw surgery.If your bite is normal, you could have genioplasty.12mm is too many to advance just one osteotomy and two step genioplasty is better for you.
This degree of chin protrusion is a combination of excess bone AND soft tissue. Your chin reduction should be from a submental approach where the both the excess bone and soft tissue can be removed. Any intraoral chin reduction approach will not deal with the excess soft tissue chin pad which...
