I've been lurking around trying to find the best information so I can be knowledgable in my concerns and here they are -Exophthalmos due to weak orbital rim projection - flat midface -recessed chin I've considered genioplasty but I'm not sure what to do about the projected eyes and flat midface problem. I've heard everything from lefort 3 - zygomatic osteotony to fat transfers and everything in between.

Yes, there are options. In my experience fillers are the best option as the issue is typically a soft tissue dimple. A chin implant rarely improves a soft tissue cleft. Most importantly, it sounds like this is causing you a huge amount of distress. You should discuss this first with your parents...
This is like solving a puzzle? A crease may be related to dynamics of your lower lip(?) muscles. Try to avoid lip/tonque motion that creates it. Or, if deformity is there all time one can consider to fill it with fat graft or soft tissue filler.It would be in your best...
