I have butt implants(300 cc placed i think they are placed above the muscle but i am not sure about this) but i gained a lot of weight and i want to get a BBL .As you can see from my pics the right side of my butt is up higher. I am not sure what to do since i want an increase in size of my butt.Would it be an option to leave the current implants and graft fat over them(even if there are above the muscle) to correct the unevenness and increase the size? Or maybe an implant exchange and bbl?
