Why is my butt still flat after BBL? (Photos)

I'm really sorry to know you are unsatisfied with your results. 
Bbl problems can be cause for the way that the fat was transferred to the buttocks, in your question, we are missing how many days or months do you have after surgery, you need to keep in mind Lipo and BBL total results it's after 4 to 6 months. It could be too early to tell you it will disappear or not.
After your recovery time, if you continue having this issue you need to contact your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, get a physical evaluation and he can determinate what is the best option for you to resolve the issue.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, irregularities are normal.
After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so it is normal to see a minor reduction in your buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

scar tissue bands and the bands causing cellulite that give some people a flat bottom often do not expand after the addition of fat.  This is someone predictable and ideally surgeons with experience should set expectations correctly.  To get expansion of these areas some sub scission can be done in a limited fashion.  The lack of results in this area is most likely not related to how the fat was injected but simply that inherent limitations exist.  Follow up with your provider  and discuss your results at three months or longer  Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.
