Can I get forehead recontouring surgery at the age of 18 with the support and consent of a parent? I know at 18 years old you are seen as an adult but is it different for this surgery because its extreme? I'm also female with a genetic frontal bossing problem, not transgender or male.

One, is a surgical excision of the upper forehead followed by the downward advancement of the hairline up to an inch from where it was prior to the surgery.
