Yes, you can get this shape of breast from an A cup by a breast augmentation. If you want to reduce your back side and get an hour glass shape similar to this model, you can get it by a procedure called high definition liposculpture, in which we take out the fat from your lower back as well as from flanks, so you get hour glass shape. Ashly.   First off photographs and physical examination would be most helpful to answer your questions.  I cannot really comment on options for fat transfer for you without examination.You are correct to be careful in choosing breast implant size for a natural result that matches your body type. You can easily obtain a natural result with round smooth silicone implants in the sub muscular plane. I like to use the implant in brassiere technique to try different size implants to assist patients in choosing the best size for them. Thank you for your question, I would have answered it better if you had shared your pictures, But a breast implant will successfully be able to give you 2 cups up and if you want more volume some fat grafting can also be done. For your back and abdomen I would advice you Vaser liposuction, it will give you much slimmer and firmer look and the same fat can be grafted to you buttocks. All three of these things can be done together. I advice you to go to your plastic surgeon and get your assessment done. Good Luck!
