I had fat transfer to the breast 1 week ago. I have had a lot of pain and redness on outer sides of breasts. It was a very long surgery —6 1/2 hours. I am on antibiotics just in case. Is this an infection??

You are still very early in the healing process and still have swelling. Massage can be helpful, and continue to wear your compression garment. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.
