Losing volume after fat transfer. Will Noogleberry help? I am 8 days post-op, when can I start Noogleberry? (photos)

My surgeon does not have much experience with noogleberry or brava as its not as common in Australia. 250cc of fat transfered into each breast. Still a little swollen and firm to touch, but otherwise breasts are pain free

You are still very early in the healing process and still have swelling. Massage can be helpful, and continue to wear your compression garment. Please discuss any concerns you have with your surgeon.

Hello, I recommend doing the massage as your surgeon suggested.  After three months you will need to decide if the dent remains and then make a plan.  Perhaps there is nearby edema that accentuates the depression.  You can still expect some some improvement.

There are varying degrees of "take" of fat transferred to the breast - we usually quote 50-75% of the fat volume transferred will stay, and this will be permanent. For a fat transfer to completely not work, it would be rare and unlikely, and this is why you would want to choose a surgeon for ...
