I got breast implants exactly a year ago. 275 mentor silcone.. I feel like they look a little too round. I wished I had gotten tear drop or gummy shape ones.. People keep asking me if I had a boob job which I hate bc I did a relatively small size and nothing too crazy. I also wished there was more space between them as their to close together. What do you think?see pics attached. IF I wanted to get these removed and have gummy bear ones inserted would the shape look more natural?

Answer: Less fake looking breast implants Thank you for the question and photos. I’m sorry to hear that you’re not completely happy with the shape of your breasts. You seem to have healed very well. If you think you have a narrow cleavage the implants you have may be too wide for your frame. I don’t recommend a tear drop implant after a round implant because the pocket will be too big and the tear drop could rotate. My advice is to discuss this with your surgeon and get sized for a different implant with a different shape or size. Best of luck! Dr. Khuthaila

Answer: Beauty is all about feeling comfortable in your skin Sorry you feel conflicted about your results. Conversion to a lower profile CPG (gummy bear) implant might make you feel less "fake", but I would research all options, exhaustively prior to proceeding. As aesthetic surgery has become more commonplace, everyone seems to be an "expert". Resist those who make you feel bad about having done something you must have planned for a while.
