5'4" 145lb hoping to be 140lb Bust: 36b/32c Waist: 29" Hips: 37.5" Would like to be a large D small DD Is that ok for my frame? Can I achieve something similar to the attached photos with 450-475cc high profile. I'm going for something a little bit more than natural but not too over the top. Thanks

Answer: Breast size Thanks for the question, those implants may or may not get you where you want to be, it is best to post some pictures so we can give more sepicific info for example you may want abdominal and waist lipo to get your goals at the same time

Much of what a patient will look like after breast augmentation surgery will depend heavily on where she starts. In other words, the starting anatomy will play a large role when it comes to what can be achieved with breast augmentation surgery. You may want to consider posting photographs of your own breasts for more specific advice here. Generally speaking, my best recommendations: choose your plastic surgeon carefully, communicate your goals carefully, learn about the procedure/risks/complications and develop a sense of realistic expectations during the consultation process.
