I had a revision rhinoplasty apprx 1 yr ago. During the revision, extensive rib cartilage grafts were used in my nose. The outcome is a bulky, poorly defined, stiff, bulbous, and very uncomfortable nose that feels like a foreign object on my face. It is extremely uncomfortable and aesthetically a failure. The grafts also move, click, and pop - with nearly any facial animation and my smile is completely ruined. I want to have these grafts removed. Is this feasible? What are the risks?
