What is normal would be the tumescent fluid that could leak through the liposuction holes. This fluid is usually not as thick as blood and the leak should stop in a couple of days. Bruising is expected but I would recommend you see your doctor. If you have one side of your body that is bulging or getting bigger and more painful you could have a hematoma and you need to be evaluated sooner than later.

You should really ask your surgeon first. It may be okay to drink alcohol if you're not too swollen and you're recovering well. I wouldn't suggest you drink too much, though, because it could compromise your healing.
