I had smartlipo done three days ago and the garment has the zipper on the left side. It's not straight and it lumps up a lot. When I looked at my skin I had a huge lump in the shape of the garment. I want to know if this could leave a permanent lump. I press it down and it goes away, but it comes back since the garment isn't straight. Should I get a different one? The Dr gave me this one. I'm afraid that lump will stay. The other side is fine since there is no zipper. Thanks.

You should really ask your surgeon first. It may be okay to drink alcohol if you're not too swollen and you're recovering well. I wouldn't suggest you drink too much, though, because it could compromise your healing.
You are still in the early stage of healing and still have a fair amount of swelling. Continue to wear your compression garments and keep your follow up visits with your doctor. Slowly, you should see the results.
I would suggest waiting at least 7 days. If the activity does not hurt during or afterwards, then you may do it. Be sure, however, to wear your compression garment for at least 2-4 weeks.
