Answer: Benefits of early filler use Thank for your question! Early botox use can help prevent formation of wrinkles in the future. I would not say that most providers recommend you start using filler as a preventative measure. You may find that you need less filler and treatments less frequently after multiple treatments, but this occurs at any age of use. Warm regards.

Answer: Benefits of fillers in 20's. Thank you for your question. While some fillers can help stimulate collagen production, which is something that decreases with age, there is a lot of commitment (both financial and maintenance) to beginning fillers at such a young age. Once you get used to the effects the filler provides, it will be more difficult to discontinue use if you decide to. That being said, there isn’t any proven data that shows that early use of fillers will stall aging later. It’s a personal choice, and one that I would discuss with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon injector. Good luck! Anthony P. Terrasse, MD
