Am I balding or suffering from TE due to methamphetamine?

So I have been suffering with on and off addiction to methamphetamine and for now I'm clean. However, I have a question regarding my hair loss. When I used i wouldn't eat or sleep for days my hair would fall out like crazy. When I am not high the hair loss is no where as noticeable. this has been happening now for about 3-4 years (addiction) and I am 24. how to know if its TE or MPB I need to know if I should have hope for the future
