Am I balding or suffering from TE due to methamphetamine?

So I have been suffering with on and off addiction to methamphetamine and for now I'm clean. However, I have a question regarding my hair loss. When I used i wouldn't eat or sleep for days my hair would fall out like crazy. When I am not high the hair loss is no where as noticeable. this has been happening now for about 3-4 years (addiction) and I am 24. how to know if its TE or MPB I need to know if I should have hope for the future

Propecia is better for prevention and stopping future hair loss more so then regrowing hair. You should switch to an organic shampoo. You can also consider a natural DHT blocker like Saw Palmetto. Before taking any medications you should discuss this with your general physician.
