After 18-20 months of Minoxidil,Finasteride use,I couldn't notice significant regrowth, but hair fall has certainly been checked to minimum. An experienced dermatologist has recently advised me to replace Minoxidil with Grocapix solution [Capixyl].He suggested to combine them for 2 months & completely switch to Grocapix later [Finasteride will continue] 1.Will the Minoxidil withdrawal hair-loss be checked by Grocapix [Capixyl] ? 2.Is the above suggested treatment effective in long-run ?

The treatment of hair loss with PCOS is difficult and sometimes the modalities that are used like Spironolactone do not work. You need to bond with your doctor on this treatment, We have been treating many women with thinning hair using scalp micropigmentation very effectively, see below
A lot of people experience hair loss on the onset of Minoxidil. You can consult with your doctor in looking into doing a few PRP hair treatments in combination with at-home cold laser. A good Laser right now is LaserCap that uses 224 cold lasers and is FDA certified.
