Masturbation after Vaser lipo 10 days post-op.

Hi, it is best to masturbate after incisions are fully healed or when swelling or bruising have resolved. During masturbation, your heart will race and muscles will contract and it may leave you with a lot of pain and discomfort especially at only 9 days of #recovery. As with light exercises such as walking, swimming or stationary bicycle, it is recommended to resume masturbation after 2-3 weeks. However, this is just a guideline, activity is still largely dependent
upon how you feel. It is mostly based on the level of soreness or bruising
that you may experience, but most activity is unlikely to delay healing or

It is not unusual for men to experience swelling and bruising in the scrotal/penis area after abdominal liposuction due to the effects of gravity.  If you do still have any swelling or bruising in your genitals, I would recommend not masturbating until that has resolved.  If you do not, you should be good to go.
