Is this normal? I also have a pretty dramatic difference to the Left Inner thigh. I'm worried because I want lipo to my upper and lower abdomen but don't want it to be lumpy or indented.

This is completely normal for that time period.
If you are wearing the garment and having massage this will slowly reduce.
In the first few weeks you tend to retain water (hence the swelling) and thus your weight will not reduce, but sometimes increase.
