What is happening to my cheeks and jaw? Is this masseter muscle hypertrophy or are my cheeks sagging?

I'm 30 yrs old..suddenly I can see my jawline looks weird...I'm confused whether my cheeks are sagging or is this massester muscle hypertrophy or are these jowls or prevent jowls?Plz advice.
