You appear to have a great result...enjoy your new shape! They may drop and settle some more over the next couple of weeks but not sure that will make them look larger. If anything, they will look more "natural" once they drop. 

You have a beautiful result.  You have achieved a perky result that doesn't look too overdone with a beautiful lateral sweep to the breast.Any larger and you would be at risk for symmastia (uniboob) or more palpable wrinkling of the implant at the lower outer portion of the breast. Enjoy your new look.Best,  

Thank you for your question.  Based on your photos it appears that you have an excellent outcome that is well proportioned to your body.  My recommendation would be to enjoy your outcome and to not second guess your choice.  The larger your implant in relation to your breast size the higher the risk of complications and long term problems.  Best wishes on your recovery.

It is common to second guess your decision once the swelling resolves.  Your photos show an excellent result.  The breasts are proportional to your figure and are very natural in appearance.  There is a period of adjustment but I believe that you will appreciate that your decision was the correct decision.

Dear Kkp: Thanks for the front views ( 3/4 views would have helped more) and your question. You look good. Certainly, there is some adjustment which occurs following breast implant placement--not only physically, as the swelling goes down, but also as one gets more "used to" the new weight and feel and contours the implants bring. At one month after surgery you are starting to lose the last of the swelling from the surgical trauma, and so the size you first adjusted to is now a bit less. Most of the time, with implant sizes in the range of yours--unless you are very broad-shouldered/tall--you should have a very nice size even when things finally "settle" from the surgery, and,  if your implants are under the muscle, they may well descend on the chest wall in the next few months, so they may look better to you as the initial look of upper fullness shifts lower. Talk with your surgeon about the situation for his/her perspective on your question, but I would not think, that with more recovery time, your breasts will look any larger than now (sometimes with weight loss, that can be the perception, but you seem slim so I would not think that you would lose enough weight to make the breasts appear that much larger compared to your overall body build).
