Is a 650cc breast implant a good size if I want to go bigger from a 34d?

I'm 145lb and 5" 1 my bra size now is a 34d and I have a big build. I feel my breast are to small for my build. I would like to feel good about myself and I don't. I want big boobs I wanna be busty but I want it to look natural. Is it possible for me to achieve my goal?

There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined in a thorough implant sizing session.Implant sizing depends on several factors. One of the most important factors is your breast width. Generally, your surgeon will measure your breast width, and then provide you with a range of implant sizes appropriate for your native breast size. There are more nuances to it than just what I've described, but this approach works for most women.I usually have my patients bring in a large bra and a tight t-shirt to do sizing. I'll then choose 3-4 implants that I feel are appropriate, and have my patients place them in the bra under the tight t-shirt. My patients can then look in the mirror and get a good sense of what they will look like with the provided implant sizes. My patients like this approach and get a great idea of how they will look.By using this technique, your surgeon can outline a range of appropriate implant sizes that will be aesthetically pleasing, and you make the final decision.I hope this helps. Hello!  Thank you for your question. In  general, implant size does not  correlate with bra cup size.  The cup size itself will vary from  manufacturer to manufacturer as well as who is doing the actual  measurements.  Thus, cup size is never a reliable indicator for your  breast size.  I typically encourage my patients not to communicate her  desires in cup size but more on the actual look and appearance. Given  your desires, a breast augmentation, with an implant or fat grafting,  would be an ideal procedure that would meet your expectations.  Breast  augmentation is now the most popular procedure performed in plastic  surgery today.  One tolerated very well by women with minimal downtime  and high patient satisfaction.  Good  communication between you and your surgeon of your expectations is  warranted - choosing your surgeon wisely is the first step.   Discussion  of your wishes and having an honest and open dialog of your procedure is mandatory (e.g, implant type, incision, placement, etc). Your height,  weight, breast width, and body habitus will make a difference for which  implant style/projection to choose.  Implant  profile will also make a difference on the projection, which will  influence overall breast/cup size.    I have found  that photographs brought by the patient is helpful to get a  visualization of the appearance you wish for in terms of size, shape,  fullness, etc.   In addition, your surgeon's pre and postoperative  photographs should demonstrate a realistic goal for you of results.   Sizers are helpful during an in-office consultation.  Once this has  been accomplished, allow your surgeon to utilize his/her best medical  judgment during the procedure to finesse the best possible result for  you after preoperative biodimensional planning and fitting the right  implant for your breast width.  This is the most important determinant  for the sizing of implants, which will provide the optimal result and  most aesthetically-pleasing result for you.Consult with a  board-certified plastic surgeon well-versed in breast procedures who  will examine and discuss with you the various options and factors to  consider and help you decide which one will be the right one for you. Hi liles!A 650 is really gonna get you up there.  Here are a few tips for you because this is perhaps
the hardest decision for a patient to make, as well as the surgeon. Cup size
estimates can be misleading, but I generally advise patients that they will
experience an increase of approximately one cup size per 200 cc. You can try on
implants in the office by placing them into a special bra.Approximately 50 cc (1-2 oz.) is added to the
final volume to account for flattening of the implant in the partial sub-muscular
pocket. Once you decide on a size you like, then add on about 25-50 cc, because
in real life the implant will be flattened slightly by your tissues.Multiple measurements need to be taken to fit
an implant to your exact anatomy.  Have your surgeon's office show you the
charts of the implant dimensions for the various profiles of silicone and
saline from the manufacturer.  Then you and your surgeon can piece
together the puzzle by matching your measurements, with your wishes, versus
your tissue cover and the available implants to arrive at a surgical
plan.Keep in mind larger implants tend
to have more problems over the years.Since silicone implants wrinkle less than saline implants, they might be
your best bet.You can
also approximate this at home by measuring out an equivalent amount of rice
placed into a cutoff foot of old panty-hose, and put this in your bra.Wear this around the house for a while, and
see what you think.Implant size must
square with assessments of tissue cover, breast diameter, and chest wall width. Multiple measurements
of your chest wall are taken (seven in total). Implant size selection has been an issue of much discussion. Therefore, I use a wide variety of methods, but the implant size is
always established preoperatively.Also,
patients are advised to bring reference photos demonstrating their ideal size
and shape. A photo album of patient pictures is maintained to assist them.
These photos ultimately help in determining where the implants will be placed,
since they can be shifted inside (to provide more cleavage), to the outside, up
or superiorly, and down or inferiorly during surgery. In determining the final
size selection, I always place the highest priority on the preoperative
measurements and potential tissue cover. Then, the patient’s verbal requests
are factored into the analysis.Our
average size over the last 7,000 implants was 350. We use the quick recovery approach, so click on the

journals.Be sure to see only a board certified
plastic surgeon (by ABPS - The American Board of Plastic Surgery) who is a
member of ASAPS (The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) and or a
member of ASPS (The American Society of Plastic Surgeons). Also, ask if they
have an established, high volume breast augmentation practice, performing
several hundred breast augmentations each year. Be sure the PS has been in
practice for a while, 20-years or more might be a good gauge.Does the PS offer all three incisions?Discuss the implant type (gel or saline),
shaped "gummy bear" or non-shaped, smooth or textured, implant pocket
(over or under the muscle) and the "quick recovery approach."Ask to see their before and after photos if
you didn’t see any on their website.  If they are experienced, they should
have several 100 breast implant patients for you to view.  I would also
recommend that your doctor offer you the chance to talk to past patients who
would be happy to discuss their experience with you.  You need to feel
comfortable, so make sure the environment is safe as in an accredited surgery
center. Also, ask a prospective surgeon if he or she has ever published journal
articles in professional peer-reviewed journals, which they can provide

on which implant size would be best for you. 
Right now it sounds like you’re considering 650cc and 700cc.  Since there is no way to say definitively
over the internet which size would be optimal for you, take comfort in the fact
that the surgeon uses your unique measurements and is able to provide you with
a general range.  In many cases the board
certified plastic surgeon can best be your guide as they’ve met with you in
person and heard your aesthetic goals. You may consider doing 3-D imaging;
however with nearly all the breast cases we’ve performed, we’ve found patients
enjoy doing a live “try on” session where they actually can “try on” the
implant in a non-padded bra in our office. 
This does not give an exact measurement of outcome, rather it gives a
nice idea of what to expect. For patients who desire a more natural look we
like to recommend the shaped implant. 
For patients who desire a more full, voluptuous look we recommend a
higher profile implant. And remember that all breasts have at least some amount

Thank you for question. It is hard to tell what size implant would work best for your frame without the benefit of an exam. If you are size D and went with a 650 cc implant then you would have a significant jump in your cup size. Based on your size you have a petite frame, you would need to make sure that your implant fits your body. As implants get larger they get wider, so that large of an implant may be too wide for your frame.  I would find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and see what size they think will work best for you.  Good luck.

Thank you for the question.  Online consultants will not be able to provide you with specific enough advice to be truly helpful. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, and computer imaging) will be critical. 
Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:
1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.
2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. 
In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "D or DD cup” or "busty" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful.
Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.
3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.

A 650 cc implants is a very large and heavy implant for someone only 5'1". I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and actually trying on that size to see what it looks like and how it feels. However, heavy breast implants have a higher chance of sagging. Big breasts sitting on your lap do not look good.

Your best bet when you are trying to decide on implants is to try on sizers of the exact implant you are considering inside a very tight sports bra. This will give you a close idea of what you will look like. More importantly the dimensions or width of the implants need to match and fit your frame and body.
