7 weeks post op upper eyelid bleph one eye looks bigger and wake up with so much swelling and fluid build up on one eye will this resolve. I’m really upset not only did I do the upper bleph but the doctor also lifted my brows non surgically scars are in some areas still thick and red I’m really worried and my surgeon is overseas so I don’t have any help from a surgeon just to be sure everything is ok any help would be appreciated I’m not to worried about scars more the asymmetry of my eyes please help

Eyelid is a very sensitive area and you may see unevenness during your recovery period. The swelling will continuously go down as time goes, and will even out. As post 11 days is too early for you to see the result, I would recommend you to wait until you fully recover from the surgery...
It sounds like you just had blepharoplasty 3 weeks ago and are having some reactions to the sutures--this is normal. Give it a little more time. If there is significant redness, pain, and drainage, consult with your surgeon as soon as possible. good luck!
