Im a 27 year old Caucasian witch sagging jowls and neck after years of weight fluctuation. I'm trying to gauge whether I'm a good candidate for a deep plane neck lift (even though I'm still in my 20s) or if I can use treatments such as Morpheus8, ultherapy and fillers to get a good result. It's a huge insecurity of mine and I just want a nice defined neck again. It is mainly skin, not much fat there anymore.

Answer: Facial rejuvenation botox fillers Dear kellysmith11Thank you for your questions and photos! The neck skin can respond to conservative treatments - Thermage, Jplasma , BOTOX , - an assessment in person to determine what would be best with your goals in mind. With Warm RegardsTrevor M Born MD

Answer: Neck lift with liposuction Based on these photos and short of in person evaluation, I would be inclined to propose neck lift with liposuction of jawline and jowls. It appears that your neck fold is result of interplay between fat compartments and anterior platysma muscle (may be a family feature?) and, for that reason I would suggest this treatment in such an early age as yours. Small incision underneath the chin will be the only visible sign of this very predictable correction; procedure is done in twilight or local anesthesia. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in neck/face lift is recommended. Good luck.
