Please help. I would like to have my witches chin corrected. I want fat/muscle reduction. No bone removal. I feel like over the years my chin has started to sag down. I’ve attac what it looked like now plus images of what I’d like it to look like.

CHIN REDUCTION: 
 Chin reduction can help with a large protruding chin 'Witch's chin'. This is usually an abundance of soft tissue which causes a bulge. The procedure involves making an incision below the chin, accessing the extra soft tissue and removing it while taking care to preserve the muscles. Along with this some skin is removed below the chin to have a pulling effect on the chin and leading to a smaller or less protruding chin.

What people call a “witch’s chin” is usually soft-tissue ptosis (skin/fat/muscle drooping) and/or a deep mental crease with a strong chin pad, not necessarily a bone problem — so it’s reasonable that you want to avoid bone work.
Best Non–Bone-Removal Options
Chin pad reduction / soft-tissue debulking
This addresses excess soft tissue (fatty pad) that can create the hanging look.
Mentalis muscle tightening or repair
If the muscle is lax or bunching, tightening it can improve the contour and reduce the “droop.”
Submental (under-chin) liposuction (only if there’s true fat below the chin)
Helpful in selected patients, but it won’t fix a drooping chin pad by itself.
Skin tightening / mini lift of the chin area (if skin laxity is a big component)
Sometimes a small amount of skin tightening is needed for a smoother result.
Important Reality Check
