I’m looking to get my face/jaw more defined. I’m learning more towards chin lipo and possibly chin filler. Any other recommendations or suggestions. I just don’t want to get it done and there be no change

The fat has been removed. But now we are seeing other signs of aging. You'll need a facelift / necklift to address this and it should be improvable. If you pull your neck skin sideways from under your ear does it get better?
