Hi everyone. I had chin lipo twice. First one was in december 2024, I went for round two in april 2025 because my doctor couldn’t get all the fat out I guess. I didn’t attach the old photos but I know there is a big change, but the problem is I am still not happy with the result and I feel desperate. I feel like there is still some fat left or the doctor didn’t do a good job. I also have chin fillers and I read somewhere that this can also make it look like you have a double chin. What can I do? Should I do another round or should I try something like PB serum?

I’m sorry you’re feeling so discouraged&mdash;this is a frustrating situation, and your concerns are valid. After two rounds of chin liposuction in a short time frame, there is often scar tissue and residual swelling that can make the area look fuller, even if most of the fat has already been removed. I would not recommend another round of liposuction right now, as additional surgery can worsen fibrosis and contour irregularities. Instead, non-surgical options like Kybella for small pockets of residual fat, skin-tightening devices such as Sofwave or Ultherapy to the neck and lower cheeks, and even neuromodulator injections to the neck muscles can improve contour and reduce the appearance of fullness without removing more fat. It’s also important to have your chin filler assessed, as placement and volume can sometimes affect how the area looks from certain angles.
