Can an upturned nose tip be made droopy again?

I had a primary that left me with an upturned nose tip without my consent. I’m at a nasolabial angle of about 100 degrees as a male (Columella strut). - Can a revision rhinoplasty expert recreate a hooked tip again with the nostrils arching downwards instead of slits from the side? - Has this ever been done in revision history before?? I can’t seem to find anything on this.
