Revision deep plane lift 2.5 yrs ago left chronic swollen parotid glands from cheeks to under lobes. Lobes sink into face, pulling down and forward. Feels constricted. Skin also swells over the parotid area. Can saliendoscopy or Botox fix if likely cause is scar tissue blocking duct? It was my 3rd op so lots of scar tissue. Can’t tolerate scopolamine. Seeing top ENT soon. Can this miserable result improve? PS was revision specialist who blew off complaints of swelling.
