My cheeks look really fat when I smile. Hi. I’m 24 and slim (in the 90lb range) and I’ve started to notice that my cheeks are pretty chubby. My size, height, and babyface (I’m sure the cheeks play a role) always cause people to confuse me for a 15-16 year old which is a blessing I’m sure. I dislike the way I look when smiling. Whenever I laugh or smile really hard, my face looks full and fat and my eyes shrink. I suffer from body dysmorphia so I’m sure nothing is wrong, but it’s the current insecurity. Should I get anything done?
