Good Morning, I lost quite a significant amount of weight (I used to weigh around 265 LBS/ 120kg) back in 2018. I am around 205 LBS/93kg) now. I have pretty noticeable nasolabial folds and puffy cheeks, but not really prominent cheekbones. I am not very low body fat %, probably around 17-18. I do work out and try to stick to the diet. I also have an underbite Ideally, I would also like to correct this. Should I do BFT and potentially something more to correct these?
