A close-up frontal photo and a close-up profile photo would be extremely helpful for making specific suggestions. Generally speaking, however, an appropriate robust HA contouring filler can be used to define and straighten a saggy or jowly jawline. A robust HA volumizing filler can be used to enhance chin projection should that be needed. A robust HA lifting filler can be used to elevate and smooth a recessed mental crease (the horizontal furrow below the lower lip and above the chin) if necessary to diminish the appearance of an overly projecting chin. And, a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can be used around the mouth to smooth crinkles and creases. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert and best of luck.
Hi there,Thank you so much for sharing your concern — it’s a great question and one I hear quite often. Facial harmony, especially in the lower third of the face, can make such a difference in overall balance and confidence. From what you’ve described, there are several ways to bring more symmetry and definition to the chin and lower mouth area. Filler is often one of the most effective, non-surgical options — it can subtly enhance the chin projection, smooth transitions around the mouth, and create a more sculpted, cohesive look with the rest of your features. In some cases, a touch of jawline contouring or lip balancing can also help achieve harmony without overcorrecting. For those looking for more permanent changes, options like fat transfer or chin augmentation can be considered, though I usually start conservatively to maintain a natural appearance.Ultimately, the key is to tailor treatment based on facial proportions, bone structure, and muscle movement — small, precise adjustments often make the biggest impact.

To begin with there’s absolutely nothing wrong with your face. Your face is beautiful in its own way. If there is an area that you believe looked better when you were younger than you should be more specific about that. As we all age, we lose volume in the face just like we lose volume everywhere else. Most of that volume loss is in the amount of fat. I am quite certain that when you were around 20 years of age, your face was considerably rounder. I’m not going to make any recommendations as I think it is unethical unless you asked specifically as to what it is, you would like to improve. Until then, enjoy your beautiful self and have a wonderful life and good luck from that Grossman MG organic Plastic Surgery in New York City
The only filler that really fixes both problems is Radiesse since it is white. When diluted and injected in the sunken dark areas, it fills in the defect and the white under the dark areas turns normal color in most cases. 1 syringe should be enough and is only $750 and can last up to 1 yr.
It’s understandable to feel frustrated when something still doesn’t look or feel quite right years after filler, especially in such a delicate area like the under eyes. Even when filler has been dissolved, it’s possible for tiny remnants to persist, or for the tissue to have changed sligh...
It's a little tricky to tell based on these photos - the only one that really shows a lump is the first photo but beause it's a little blurry I can't really distinguish if this is due to fat vs filler vs something else. The smiling pic also can't really tell. It'd be best if you go eval with...
