I don’t feel my lower facial structure is harmonized. How can I address it? Open to procedure suggestions, filler suggestions, etc. thank you.

A close-up frontal photo and a close-up profile photo would be extremely helpful for making specific suggestions. Generally speaking, however, an appropriate robust HA contouring filler can be used to define and straighten a saggy or jowly jawline. A robust HA volumizing filler can be used to enhance chin projection should that be needed. A robust HA lifting filler can be used to elevate and smooth a recessed mental crease (the horizontal furrow below the lower lip and above the chin) if necessary to diminish the appearance of an overly projecting chin. And, a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can be used around the mouth to smooth crinkles and creases. 
You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injection expert and best of luck.

To begin with there’s absolutely nothing wrong with your face. Your face is beautiful in its own way. If there is an area that you believe looked better when you were younger than you should be more specific about that. As we all age, we lose volume in the face just like we lose volume everywhere else. Most of that volume loss is in the amount of fat. I am quite certain that when you were around 20 years of age, your face was considerably rounder. I’m not going to make any recommendations as I think it is unethical unless you asked specifically as to what it is, you would like to improve.
