Hello, As you can see from my photo, I'm considering surgery to correct my facial asymmetry, which has been making me feel very self-conscious and even "repulsive." I appear much more attractive from my right side compared to this angle and the left side. Could you please advise which surgical procedures might best help me achieve a more symmetrical appearance from all angles?

Surgical options can include procedures such as rhinoplasty (if the nose contributes to imbalance), orthognathic or jaw surgery (if the bones of the face are a factor), or facial implants to enhance contour and projection. For milder asymmetry, non-surgical options like dermal fillers, Botox, or fat grafting can help soften imbalances and create more harmony without permanent changes.

The best approach depends on what specifically is creating the asymmetry—whether it’s bone structure, soft tissue, or muscle activity. We all have facial asymmetry to some degree.  There are various options available to treat it depending on the degree of asymmetry and your concerns.  Botox and fillers are popular nonsurgical choices.  They can be used to help with brows, jawline, and facial volume discrepancies.  These tools can be used to enhance contours as well.
