Im a female who’s 22, and my chin has looked like this for as long as I remember . I feel like my neck skin directly connects to my chin, giving me the appearance of not having a jawline whatsoever. What procedures would be helpful for this, is skin removal a good option or would some sort of implant be best? Along with this, I feel like the bottom half of my face like my lower lip go inward towards my face, it seems recessed.

The best procedure would be a chin implant. A chin implant is done through an intra-oral approach so there is no external scar. You will probably need a large or x-large chin implant. You may also benefit from liposuction of the neck.
