Do I need chin implant and chin lipo with facial fat transfer? (Photos)

Please provide professional and honest advice on what would benefit me. I was considering a chin implant with chin lipo. My face also seems like it needs fat transfer to certain places? Buccal fat removal? I am unsure. Please evaluate and help me figure it all out...

The amount of horizontal projection that you need in order to balance your lower face is significant.  When female patients require greater than 5 mm of horizontal advancement, I prefer performing a sliding genioplasty. A chin implant that is greater than 5 mm can sometimes make the chin appear wide and masculine. I think that you will need 7-8 mm of chin advancement. Fat transfer is also a good option for places in the mid-face that need volume. This can all be performed simultaneously in the office with sedation anesthesia.

You appear to be a good candidate for a chin implant. You may need liposuction but that can only be determined by a physical examination, not a photograph. I do not recommend buccal fat removal as that can lead to hollow and is almost impossible to correct.
