Would a slightly bigger chin implant balance my profile? (Photo)

Question

I had a medium sized implant placed a number of years ago due to 7mm of underbite and 1cm of retrognathia. While I feel the implant has markedly improved my profile I question whether a bigger implant would create a more balanced profile. However, I also don't want to end up with an over large/manly chin. I have considered filler and approached an experienced aesthetic doctor who discouraged me due to the risk of infection. The surgeon who placed the implant is also no longer offering this procedure. I have since also had braces to address the underbite. My question is whether I would benefit from a bigger implant to give more projection in order to create better balance between my chin and nose?

There is no doubt that larger implant would look better. You would also benefit from jaw augmentation, possibly fat grafting along the jawline as well? Anterior neck lift would further help to improve neck/jaw relationship. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Almost certainly a larger chin implant will provide a much nicer result. These can be done without creating a manly appearance. I typically do them right in the office.
