There is a great combination treatment that is minimally invasive which we use frequently in patients with similar anatomic changes. This includes neck liposuction which allows us to remove the excess fat under your chin and sculpt the jaw line, plus FacetTite which is radiofrequency energy delivered through a small probe inserted under the skin to heat and tighten the skin. This allows simultaneously removing the excess fat and tightening the skin with only three small punctures in the skin (behind each ear and under the chin) which are each closed with a single dissolvable suture.
