I have had to wear a mouthguard for years and I am convinced this has lengthened my philtrum. Sometimes it hurts when I speak and I almost spit as the top lip curls in. Would lip flip, lip lift or fillers be best? Would I be able to wear the splint for my tmj afterwards or would they reverse the effect? Thank you. I am 50.
