I am a trans woman looking into facial feminization surgeries and was wondering: am I a candidate for a lip lift or do I show too much teeth to get the procedure? If I am a candidate, how many mm of a lift on my lip do you think I could get?

The changes from a lip lift surgery are permanent. Generally, the smile is unchanged after surgery. Most patients show the same amount of teeth smiling after surgery as before surgery.

Yes, you can get a lip lift with filler present in the lip. If it's a lot, it may be advisable to dissolve it. If it is just a syringe, it shouldn't be concerning.
