I have small stubborn tiny bumps all over my face i use tretnoin but I don't see any difference and i also have hyperpigmentation what peel should i get to get a smooth and even skin tone
Answer: Recommend doing TCA peel and LaseMD to help clear stubborn bumps on the face Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started. Answer: Acne Responds Well To In-Office Acne Surgery & Superficial Peels Along With At-Home Prescription Topicals In appears from the photos that you are experiencing an active acne breakout consisting of numerous small, whitish milial bumps and reddish papules. Immediately following this, a high concentration salicylic acid peel (still a superficial peel) can then be applied for additional exfoliation of the clogged pores. An experienced dermatologist can clean out (open and express the content) the milial acne bumps and inject the pimples to speed their healing in about a fifteen minute to twenty minute session. The the young woman who literally just left my office a few minutes ago underwent precisely these treatments. The aforementioned works to take care of the breakout already present. For prevention of future breakouts an appropriate combination of topical medications for at-home use is then recommended, which best includes a combination of active ingredients, such as benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and an appropriate topical retinoid. To avoid scarring, you would be wise to make sure to consult an acne specialist. Best of luck.

Answer: Peel Thank you for your question! Due to your slightly darker skin tone the only peel I would recommend is the VIpeel. You will need to prep your skin with Lytera before hand for two weeks to minimize any risk of hyperpigmentation. The peel will mainly focus on the uneven skin tone and might help a little with the tiny bumps. You might need to do a series of peels as well to get the best results. Hope this helps!

Answer: Obagi Hi there, You need a good skin care regime like the Obagi Nuderm System. You would also benefit in laser genesis. See your Dermatologist to discuss both. Best of luck!
