You have an active inflammatory skin condition which should be treated with your doctor before any kind of lightening procedures. Peels on damaged skin will worsen the state.

What do you think is causing the difference in pigmentation? Is it related to sun exposure? Or some type of skin irritation? You might want to consult with a Dermatologist who might recommend skin lightning topical agents. You have to proceed with caution with peels that could result in scarring.
