My skin is dull with large pores. What treatments do I need? (Photo)

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

Hello Elena,I realize your question was submitted a little over a year ago, However I have some recommendations for you skin care goals. I would suggest BBL (Broad Band Light) treatment in combination with HALO (Hybrid Fractional Laser). BBL is a photo facial which would help address any acne and brown pigmentation, HALO would help address any texture and help produce new collagen as well which would create a nice glow appearance afterwards. Most patients who get HALO say they glow after like an Instagram filter on their skin. I would suggest some Botox as well which helps make pores appear smaller and makes the skin have a glow appearance, for fillers you could do half a syringe for lips which would create a nice subtle look without being too much or having migration. We always recommend building up slowly for lip fillers. You could also do some cheek filler to replace lost volume about 1 syringe per side and this would make an appearance of the face being lifted with more structural support on the cheeks, also helping the under eye area look better.
