I had a BBL with lipo 360 and lipo to the arms. My doctor was surprisingly aggressive to harvest enough fat for my BBL. My arms are too skinny now and they look so awkward - one arm in particular. Is there anything that can be done? Fat transfer or implant? How many cc’s of fat would be needed to correct each arm? I am left with almost no fat now after my aggressive lipo.

Answer: Liposuction and fat grafting The best option is fat grafting. The area to harvest the fat will depend on the pinch test. Please see your doctor for evaluation.

Answer: Arms are too thin Personally I have never had a patient ever complain that their arms were too small. To make an assessment on the outcome of a procedure we need to see before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your provider to forward the ones they took. Your arms look great and do not look over treated. The results reflect competent high-quality Liposuction without contour irregularities or uneven contours. Fat transfer for the sole purpose of regaining larger arms is probably not the best solution though it could be an option. There are far too many variables to give it a certain fat volume quote of what’s needed. It’s also such an unusual request that I question if you can find anyone has ever done arm fat transfer solely for the purpose of creating a larger arms. Lots of plastic surgeons have done fat transfer to correct for contour irregularities from previous Liposuction or muscle enlargement to mimic muscle definition. I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If you seek second opinion consultations then you should bring previously taken before and after pictures as well as a copy of your operative report from the previous procedure.
