Yes, weight gain will increase the residual fat cells where ever they are. Try loosing 5 pounds and see if that fullness goes away.

The human body is highly asymmetrical. This is always going to be true both before and after body contouring procedures.

If you want us to assess the outcome of a procedure you should post proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures ask your provider to forward the ones they took.

3 pounds is a very small weight fluctuation and that should not have an impact on your results.

Liposuction results are typically final by three months and at that point giving it more time typically doesn’t change results from the Liposuction perspective. The exception is the skin incisions and these continue to change for a year and a half.
